About The Position

District Manager – Fiber Growth & Multi-Unit Leader Appleton | Fond du Lac | Sturgeon Bay | Waukesha Are you a competitive, hands-on leader who thrives in a high-growth environment? We are seeking a District Manager to oversee four AT&T retail locations in Appleton, Fond du Lac, Sturgeon Bay, and Waukesha. All four markets are active fiber locations and play a key role in our company’s expansion strategy. This is a hybrid leadership role combining multi-unit oversight, fiber growth execution, event strategy, and direct revenue accountability. What You’ll Be Responsible For Lead & Develop 4 Retail Locations • Directly manage and coach Store Managers • Drive performance across key KPIs: Postpaid, Upgrades, Fiber, Protection, Next Up, Premium Mix • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent • Conduct structured performance coaching and accountability conversations • Maintain operational standards, inventory accuracy, and compliance • Ensure stores remain fully staffed and performance-ready Fiber Growth & Field Execution This role has a strong fiber focus. • Lead fiber penetration efforts across all four markets • Partner with internal teams on fiber project timelines and launches • Drive pre- and post-launch strategy execution • Personally support major fiber events and high-value opportunities • Coach teams on positioning fiber as a full-home connectivity solution • Monitor fiber close rates and PSA performance weekly This leader must be comfortable working both inside the store and in the field. Event Strategy & Outside Sales Execution Our company places strong emphasis on growth outside of the four walls. • Each location executes a minimum of 2 events per week • Oversee event planning, staffing, and production tracking • Ensure event performance is tied to measurable production • Inspect readiness, booth presentation, and execution standards • Participate in key community and fiber-launch events Events are a core growth driver and are not optional. Performance & Financial Accountability We operate within a P&L-driven structure. • Understand how revenue, labor, and expense decisions impact profitability • Align daily behaviors to monthly financial targets • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans • Protect gross profit while driving volume growth This role requires business ownership mentality, not just sales coaching. QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For • 3+ years of retail leadership experience (telecom preferred) • Multi-unit management experience strongly preferred • Proven ability to drive results in performance-based environments • Strong recruiting and talent development skills • Comfortable with performance management and accountability conversations • Willingness to travel between Appleton, Fond du Lac, Sturgeon Bay, and Waukesha • Flexibility to support evenings, weekends, and field events as needed

Requirements
