Are you passionate about sales, strategy, and building strong customer relationships? As a Territory Manager at Pure Fishing, you’ll take charge of managing sales for key retail and wholesale accounts. You’ll be the face of our brand, working directly with distributors, dealers, and regional accounts to implement category management strategies, maximize in-store presence, and drive sales success. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years in a sales or related field.
  • Strong persuasive selling skills, confident communication (written and verbal), and technical proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including weekends for customer events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of sales for assigned accounts, ensuring growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Call on dealers, distributors, and key accounts both in person and over the phone.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers to drive sales success.
  • Implement category management strategies to enhance product placement and sales performance.
  • Forecast sales, manage inventory, and track key product performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales planning teams to align strategies with regional and national trends.
  • Conduct product training sessions for account associates to strengthen brand knowledge.
  • Initiate and coordinate customer-specific projects to enhance relationships and business opportunities.
  • Travel frequently—expect to be on the road meeting clients, attending events, and ensuring superior service.
