Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • The ability to master complex clinical data and translate technical specifications into compelling commercial messages for dental professionals.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience, ideally within the dental industry, but other competitive markets are valued.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully acquiring new business within a competitive landscape.
  • Mastery of consultative selling techniques and a deep understanding of customer segmentation.
  • A highly autonomous self-starter with exceptional organizational and territory planning skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and formal presentation skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, a commitment to keeping promises, and the ability to solve complex business issues creatively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience navigating clinical environments and working closely with surgeons or specialized clinicians is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by presenting and selling high-performance dental products to new and existing accounts.
  • Build and sustain trusted partnerships with clinicians to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regularly evaluate territory potential and sales data to supply leadership with actionable market intelligence and competitive insights.
  • Enhance the company’s market presence by representing the brand at major trade shows, conferences, and clinical sessions.
  • Actively resolve customer challenges and technical inquiries to maintain the highest standards of professional service.
