About The Position

As the Territory Manager, you will manage, support, and grow SurePoint’s business within the territory. There is currently a strong foundation of annual sales. You will be tasked with managing, supporting, and growing these existing accounts. Additionally, you will be expected to identify potential new accounts, select quality partners, and establish new customers. You also will interact with customers via phone, e-mail, text, and in-person to understand their application and control needs. Once you understand the customer’s needs, you will relay that information to the inside sales and support team to configure and quote a system. After the configuration is finalized, you will ensure the customer has the necessary support during the installation and implementation of the SurePoint system. You will work closely with the respective territories inside sales and support persons, including monitoring and assisting with ExpertConnect (our customer support program), to create a seamless customer experience. Success in this role will require possessing and acquiring significant knowledge about agronomic practices, farm equipment, and SurePoint products. Configuration and quoting will be done via SurePoints’ business management platform, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and the “Build and Price” module on the SurePoint Toolbox website.
