Position Purpose: Drives sales growth and strengthens customer relationships within an assigned market. This role maximizes revenue from existing accounts while generating new business, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills to engage customers, vendors, and branch operations. The Territory Manager partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent service, achieve sales goals, and enhance market presence and competitiveness. By collaborating across teams and acting as a trusted advisor, this role ensures customer satisfaction and delivers measurable results across a multi‑million‑dollar territory. Key Responsibilities: Expand and retain the customer base by cultivating strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Maintain exceptional client service and satisfaction through consistent, proactive engagement. Lead territory sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth. Stay current on product innovations and promote new offerings to meet evolving customer needs. Plan and execute strategic promotions and vendor programs to increase product visibility and sales. Support branch operations to streamline processes and ensure outstanding customer service. Provide regular performance and sales reports to the Area Sales Manager with insights for improvement. Develop and execute a targeted annual sales plan to drive measurable revenue results. Champion digital tools to enhance efficiency and sales effectiveness. Conduct business reviews and leverage data to optimize sales performance. Represent the brand and build networks at trade shows and industry events.
