The Territory Manager leads sales efforts within an assigned geographic region, focusing on new account development, relationship management, and revenue growth. This role builds strong partnerships with healthcare providers, supports patient care initiatives, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure timely order execution and service excellence. The Territory Manager may also mentor and support Associate Sales Representatives depending on territory structure. This is a full-time position requiring regular travel within the assigned territory. Lympha Press helps people with lymphedema, venous disease, and lipedema improve their quality of life through innovative pneumatic compression therapy systems. We sell durable medical equipment across the United States and work closely with health plans, providers, and facilities to ensure patients have access to the products they need. Our primarily remote team spans the country, with some team members working on-site at our headquarters in Chadds Ford, PA. Together, we provide communication, care, and quality in everything we do.
