Location: Phoenix (cover AZ, NM, UT) Key Responsibilities Manage and develop the AZ, NM, and UT sales territory to maximize revenue and market penetration. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics to promote capital technology. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients and existing customers. Collaborate with marketing teams to effectively implement promotional strategies and campaigns. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company goals and objectives. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed. Provide feedback to management regarding product performance, market conditions, and customer needs. Attend industry conferences and events to represent the company and educate stakeholders about liver health. Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports detailing progress against targets and objectives. Essential Qualifications Proven track record in sales within the medical or healthcare industry, ideally selling disruptive capital equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Solid proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite. Desired Experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in the medical device sector. Experience in territory management and developing sales strategies tailored to specific markets. Familiarity with liver health products or technologies is a significant advantage. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
