About The Position

The Territory Manager will meet regularly with authorized Srixon/Cleveland Golf/ASICS accounts throughout an assigned territory, explaining the company's culture, values, principles, philosophy, programs, and products. The role requires professionalism and courtesy while making sales for both the customer and the company. The Territory Manager will be responsible for sales and service visits, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining productive relationships with all stakeholders involved in the selling process.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree in marketing or related business field, or comparable job experience.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Familiarity with computers and applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • Excellent language and math skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ability to work well with others and take direction.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales and service visits to communicate, inform, present, and process orders with all accounts.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all customer and home office inquiries.
  • Exceed customer expectations to create a high-quality experience.
  • Establish and maintain personal and professional relationships with customers.
  • Conduct product knowledge training seminars for staff and program account personnel.
  • Average 4-6 sales calls per day in season and 2-4 per day during prebook season.
  • Increase sales through established distribution channels.
  • Manage demo and personal use products for customers.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding credit, returns, and distribution strategy.
  • Identify potential new customer locations and assist in processing.
  • Submit and update visitation and demo day activities.
  • Attend company-sponsored seminars, meetings, and trade shows.
  • Participate in yearly performance reviews with the Regional Team Leader.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 plus commission.
  • Full-time position.
