About The Position

Calling on peripheral interventionalists within their given territories for the sole purpose of obtaining their individual sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific, technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
  • Ability to make presentations to members of the business community.
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Experience calling on peripheral interventionalists.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Team player with a commitment to developing strong collaborative relationships with colleagues, business partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s license with a driving record that meets company’s insurance requirements.
  • It also requires frequent driving, sitting, standing, walking, and speaking.
  • May stand for extended periods when facilitating customer meetings, presenting, or walking in the facilities.
  • Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • The physical demands of the position described herein are essential functions of the job and employees must be able to successfully perform these tasks for extended periods.
  • Must adhere to the company’s safety practices by performing work safely and in accordance with established standards.
  • Must be able to travel extensively (both domestically and locally), so the ability to travel by air and operate a motor vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Manage account program in specific territory.
  • Integrate with marketing, customer service and other functional departments.
  • Attend and participate in regular group and individual meetings, as designated, to acquire or strengthen skills and learn about new products or sales programs.
  • Maintain and expand existing product sales.
  • Support training function.
  • Coordinate client’s contracts.
  • Actively promote team building within department.
