About The Position

Gallagher is seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Manager to lead sales growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with our dealer network and end users. This role is based in Northeastern Iowa, covering Minnesota, Iowa, Northern Illinois and Wisconsin and comes with a company vehicle, as the majority of your time will be spent on the road visiting farms, ranches, and retail partners.

Requirements

  • A 4-year college degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight travel.
  • Previous Territory Management experience in the agricultural marketplace.
  • Proven track record of strong sales growth and achievement.

Responsibilities

  • Execute an approved annual regional sales plan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and farmers/ranchers.
  • Conduct on-farm/ranch consultations and product demonstrations.
  • Provide in-store merchandising support including displays and POP materials.
  • Deliver expert troubleshooting and product recommendations to end users and dealers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Travel extensively within the territory to maximize growth potential.
  • Use CRM tools to plan, track, and report on activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
