About The Position

The Territory Manager (TM) is primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing key business partners while developing new doors within the assigned territory. This position covers the following geographies: The states of Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota. We ask that you live in a metro area or within 1 hour of an airport.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel 50%+ in assigned territory.
  • Ability to work before/after regular business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with key partners in efforts to develop, train, and grow their businesses.
  • Conduct regular business meetings, training, and demos, and own territory account management/development strategies and growth opportunities.
  • Travel (a minimum of 60%) by car daily and occasionally by plane/train, including overnight stays in the territory to visit current and prospective client locations in person.
  • Drive growth by adding new accounts and developing a robust pipeline of leads.
  • Conduct cold calls, qualify leads, educate and market to prospects on Glo's products, and convert leads into partners through a collaborative, consultative approach.
  • Manage customer orders and inquiries; make decisions using available information and resources.
  • Assist in developing territory sales forecasts and create monthly territory analysis.
  • Use organizational skills to plan sales call rotations, record sales notes, track prospects, and comply with required reporting and other internal administration tasks.
  • Execute in-person and virtual skin, peel, and beauty training; visit markets quarterly and as needed to support new and existing business.
  • Represent the Glo brand positively and ensure a strong working knowledge of our full product portfolio.

Benefits

  • Salary range: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually.
