Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven success in competitive B2B markets or dental sales environments.
  • History of building trusted relationships with professional decision-makers.
  • Experience growing revenue in relationship-driven markets.
  • Track record of high activity, follow-up discipline, and customer retention.
  • Consultative sales approach with a strong service mindset.
  • Excellent communication and formal presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation ability.
  • High personal accountability and time-management discipline.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role.

Nice To Haves

  • Formal sales training or clinical education is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in Louisiana.
  • Grow revenue by balancing new business development with service-driven account management.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and solution-based conversations.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing practices and emerging accounts.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and professional meetings.
