BPI is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Territory Manager to grow and strengthen partnerships across our market. In this role, you will work closely with commercial contractors, builders, project managers, and dealer partners to promote and sell our commercial millwork solutions for construction projects throughout the region. You’ll take a consultative approach, partnering with customers to understand project needs, identify the right millwork solutions, and deliver results that add value to our dealer partners. Success in this role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust while consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals. This position is remote and requires frequent travel throughout the region with occasional visits to our Waterloo, IA location, where the role is based.
