Responsibilities

  • Meet and engage new and repeat customers in your territory.
  • Assess customer needs and provide a consultative Stonhard solution.
  • Conduct customer sales calls including a mix of existing/repeat business and prospecting for new customers.
  • Work closely with your manager to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project responsibilities including ensuring raw materials are on site and construction crews have everything they need.
  • Troubleshoot any installation issues that may arise.
  • Participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to headquarters for scheduled training.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B, end user sales; construction, commercial or industrial is preferred.
  • Proven success in business development and project management.
  • Ability to interact at all levels.
  • Strong capacity to learn a new industry.
  • High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation.
