Your role at Vantive The Territory Business Manager is responsible for managing and growing business for Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah and Montana territory, supporting our Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE), and Multi-Organ Extracorporeal Support therapy portfolio to hospitals and healthcare providers. This role requires building strong clinical relationships, providing product support, and driving revenue growth while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards. These products help in improving clinical outcomes to better inform and guide clinical treatment decisions. This critical role supports the business functions associated with the CRRT and TPE product lines including price management, contract negotiations, supply chain optimization, and customer support. The product portfolio includes innovative technologies and therapies for continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), multi-organ extracorporeal support therapy, and additional dialysis services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related field of study
  • 3+ years of medical device or B2B sales experience
  • Prior sales experience with a proven track record of success in meeting both customer needs and sales objectives
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of clinical environments and hospital workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to assist customers in starting new initiatives/programs
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and negotiate pricing, contracts and renewals
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and matrixed organization
  • Ability to interact positively, professionally and effectively with customers, physicians, nurses and other medical staff
  • Proficiency with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Travel Ability to travel 50-70% overnight depending on territory geography. Including local and regional travel in designated territory, as well as to occasional regional and national medical conferences and/or global business meetings as required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts for sustained growth and enhanced market penetration
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, contracting, closing, and follow up
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
  • Aid in EMR connectivity sales and implementation of Prismax system through TrueVue Connect
  • Assist with all aspects of Vantive product and sales planning processes, marketing activities, sales tools, and business strategies
  • Solicit, develop, and maintain successful relationships with key stakeholders in assigned sales geography
  • Function as lead for pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and execution
  • Collaborate with the Therapy Development Specialist (TDS), Multi-Organ Support Therapies, and Acute Clinical Education teams to develop strategic goals to drive therapy utilization and territory growth across shared markets
