Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities. Your role at Vantive As a Territory Business Manager (TBM), you take pride in representing Vantive and our products. You will enjoy being in the hospital environment, building relationships, and establishing trust with the doctors and nurses who use Vantive solutions every day. You will be responsible for the sales of Vantive's proprietary technology to multiple hospital call points and end-users. This position requires a strategic mindset, business acumen, contract management, and the ability to build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals to manage growth. The product portfolio includes innovative technologies and therapies for continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), multi-organ extracorporeal support therapy, and TPE. This critical sales role is focused on growing the market via new and competitive opportunities. This is a remote role, and will have responsibilities for accounts located in MA, CT, RI, VT, NH, and ME, and the candidate may live in any of these states.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (business, science, or health-related field preferred)
  • 3+ years of medical device, or B2B sales experience (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of clinical environments and hospital workflows
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Prior sales experience with a proven track record of success in meeting both customer needs and corporate sales objectives
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortably working independently and collaborating with a team
  • Proven expertise in product and therapy knowledge
  • Proficiency with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must have the ability to effectively articulate complex clinical and medical information to a diverse customer base
  • Must be able to balance team/individual responsibilities and contribute to building a positive team culture

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts for sustained growth and enhanced market penetration
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, contracting, closing, and follow up
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
  • Aid in EMR connectivity sales and implementation of Prismax system through TrueVue Connect
  • Assist with all aspects of Vantive product and sales planning processes, marketing activities, sales tools, and business strategies
  • Solicit, develop, and maintain successful relationships with key stakeholders in assigned sales geography
  • Function as lead for all contract negotiations and execution
  • Collaborate with the Therapy Development Specialist and Multi Organ Support Team to develop strategic goals to drive therapy utilization and territory growth
