Purpose: The overall responsibilities of the Territory Assistant position include assisting Sales Teams in the preparation, delivery and installation of Product Sets and in improving customer service. Uses product knowledge to ensure sets are fully equipped and delivered timely to customer locations and to ensure product exchanges are completed accurately.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent distribution center experience
  • 1-3 years of experience working within a medical device distribution facility
  • Must have high attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy required, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite desired
  • Knowledge of the DSI and product complaint process desired

Responsibilities

  • Assures that the proper equipment is available, and knowledge of which sets are required for specific surgeries
  • Delivers/Picks up equipment for surgery
  • Performs and ships product exchanges
  • Maintains equipment and promotional materials in a presentable manner
  • Understands and properly communicates the function of the product line
  • Performs administrative duties to assure customer satisfaction
  • Acquires knowledge of all new products added to the line
  • Communicates activities to regional and senior management and the Consultant via monthly reports
  • Involved in field support activities as assigned by Regional Manager / AVP
