About The Position

EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Account Manager for their Tooling Solutions rental facility in Huntsville, AL. The company aims to transform the construction industry through innovative technology, real-time support, and a dedicated team. This role involves expanding the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating them on how EquipmentShare's industrial tooling rentals (including power tools, pneumatic tools, hand tools, and more) can benefit their business. Requirements

  • Tenacious and innovative
  • Possesses superior sales skills
  • 5 years experience in Industrial facilities
  • Industrial contract knowledge
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Knowledge in general rental, pump and power and industrial tooling
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
  • Competitive but thrives in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Produce revenue inside facilities by signing contracts or acquiring an MSA
  • Generate revenue by renting direct to non-contract facilities
  • Work with local industrial reps in multiple markets
  • Gather all information on requirements to facilitate RFQs
  • Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests
  • Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
  • Educate customers on how EquipmentShare solves their problems by saving them money, making more money, and operating more efficiently
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100 percent satisfaction with service and support
  • Keep existing customers up-to-date about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can help improve their business
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
  • Frequent travel: Must be able to physically visit locations within assigned territory
  • Manage and support job site activities and projects with remote and on site involvement
  • Assist with Equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site
