About The Position

The Territory Account Manager at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care is responsible for representing the organization by engaging with established customers and developing new prospects to sell ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses. This role requires a deep understanding of the organization's products and services, as well as the ability to articulate their value to customers. The manager will work to uncover customer needs and strategic priorities while maintaining strong relationships and closing sales. The position involves continuous learning and application of sales techniques to effectively communicate and deliver tailored solutions to customers.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 years of business-to-business and/or medical sales experience or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license issued in the United States.
  • Ability to travel as needed, including overnight and/or weekend travel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of sales applications and principles.
  • Residence in or close proximity to the geography.

  • Prior management development training or completion of major sales training courses.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with established customers and develop new prospects to sell ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses.
  • Apply knowledge of products, services, and marketing campaigns to close sales and maintain customer relations.
  • Understand customer priorities, buying motives, and business operations to secure orders.
  • Participate in sales training and study marketing techniques to prepare for selling.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and articulate added value in customer dialogues.
  • Assist in inventory control and keep customers informed about supply and price trends.
  • Communicate effectively and utilize resources to deliver clear sales messages.
  • Complete and execute pre-call plans for all accounts.
