Job requirements Role overview: We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Territory Account Executive to join our Growth team in our New Jersey office and play a key role in accelerating our expansion. In this position, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle within your assigned region, transforming both inbound and outbound opportunities into long-term customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building meaningful client connections, and is motivated by closing deals and delivering measurable impact. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to refine sales strategies, contribute to process improvements, and help shape the future of our commercial success.

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within B2B and/or Life Sciences industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing pipelines.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and driving results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the pharma industry or knowledge of quality compliance and auditing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle sales process from prospecting to expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Engage with both inbound and outbound leads to drive new business.
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and turn one-off transactions into recurring revenue.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline hygiene in the CRM.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on sales strategies and customer success.
  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of sales processes, tools, and playbooks.
