About The Position

In this role, you will lead a team to ensure exceptional customer service in pest control. Requirements

High school degree or equivalent
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multitask
Effective verbal and written communication
Conflict resolution skills
Ability to operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
Proven track record in achieving sales results
Strong organizational skills
Basic math skills
Ability to pass any state regulatory agency-required licensing exams
Ability to work 40+ hours/week
Availability after hours (including weekends/holidays)
Current driver's license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Prioritize tasks to maintain smooth operations and deliver top-notch service
Oversee appointment scheduling and service tickets
Conduct daily check-ins with your team to ensure they're fully equipped and ready to go
Utilize conflict resolution and communication skills to ensure exceptional experiences for both team members and customers
Provide invaluable coaching, training, and support to the team
Lend a hand in the field to ensure coverage and success
Achieve monthly performance goals alongside the Branch Manager
