About The Position

Terminix Service, Inc. in Charlotte NC is looking to hire a full-time, entry-level Termite Technician to help our new and returning customers protect their homes from termites and other pests. No experience necessary. We provide paid training! This entry-level pest control position offers unlimited commission-based earning potential. You can expect to make between $45,000 to $70,000 a year in commissions, incentives, and bonuses. Requirements

• Willingness to comply with company policy regarding background checks and drug screening.
• Good driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to operate and maintain a company truck.
• Ability to crawl and work in small confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
• Ability to work on your feet for an extended period of time.
• Ability and willingness to work in all types of weather.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Salesmanship and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and locate termite infestations.
• Provide pest control treatments and communicate the process to homeowners.
• Check and refill bait stations as needed.
• Clean out crawlspaces and set up moisture protection.
• Install insulation and foundation vents.
• Educate customers on pest prevention.
