What a Day in the Life Looks Like: As a Termite/Outside Sales Representative, every day brings something new. Drive your company-provided vehicle to meet new and existing customers. Conduct inspections to identify pest or structural concerns (yes, sometimes that means thinking like a rodent or termite). Present your findings and craft personalized service plans that truly fit each customer’s needs. Create new business opportunities — introduce our services to residential and commercial clients. Enjoy the freedom and independence of managing your own territory while backed by a supportive team and proven training system. Requirements
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean DMV record (no hands-free violations).
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and Live Scan fingerprint .
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions .
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform inspections safely.
- Crawl in confined spaces (attic & subareas).
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow your customer pipeline.
- Perform inspections and recommend tailored pest and termite control plans.
- Follow up with customers and maintain open communication with office and management staff.
- Promote Big Time Pest Control through community engagement and “cloverleafing” outreach.
- Deliver exceptional service — every time.
