As a Termite Inspector with Turner Pest Control , you'll play a key role in identifying and preventing termite damage for residential and commercial properties. You'll visit multiple sites daily and evaluate the property for termite damage as well as conditions conducive to future termite infestations. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role with plenty of variety in your day-to-day and the opportunity to grow your career! Who You Are... Requirements

• The ability to safely move about customer locations, ascend/descend stairs and ladders to service out of the way areas, and position yourself to conduct service under/around furniture, equipment, and tight spaces
• The ability to safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• The ability to work outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditions
• The ability to comfortably talk with customers about your findings, generate proposals, and close sales
• Basic math skills for generating sales estimates
• The ability to operate a variety of hand tools and equipment safely
• Technical proficiency with computers, smart phones, etc.
• Held a valid driver's license for at least 3 years with an acceptable driving record
• The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Good oral and written communication
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule (between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.)
• Availability to work some weekends
• High school degree or equivalent
