As a Termite Inspector with Turner Pest Control, you'll play a key role in protecting residential and commercial properties from termite damage while actively contributing to business growth through consultative sales. You'll perform multiple property inspections each day, identify existing damage and risk conditions, and confidently present treatment and prevention solutions to customers. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that blends technical inspection expertise with a proactive sales approach, offering variety in your day-to-day work and opportunities for career growth. Requirements

  • Confidently communicate findings, present treatment recommendations, generate proposals, and close sales
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze properties, identify termite damage, and recommend solutions
  • Ability to safely move around customer locations, climb stairs/ladders, and inspect tight or hard-to-reach areas
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all seasonal conditions
  • Strong basic math skills for estimates and pricing
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools and inspection equipment
  • Technical proficiency with computers, smartphones, and related technology
  • Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible schedule availability, including some weekends
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
