About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Termite Inspector to deliver exceptional service to residential and commercial pest control clients. This is a production-based role with high earning potential. The Termite Inspector will conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of properties for Wood Destroying Organisms and other pest issues, accurately identifying insects, harborage areas, and conducive conditions. The role also involves identifying and selling opportunities for additional services, which contributes to earnings through commissions. The inspector is expected to represent Arrow Exterminators professionally in the communities served, upholding the company's reputation for outstanding customer service. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Possess a valid Driver's License
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
No experience necessary

Responsibilities

Provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial pest control customers
Perform a thorough inspection and evaluation of customer properties for Wood Destroying Organisms and other pest problems
Properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions
Determine opportunities for additional services
Propose and sell services to supplement earnings with commissions
Represent Arrow Exterminators in the communities that you serve
Maintain the company's reputation for going beyond the call and creating an awesome experience in every interaction
