About The Position

Responsible for creating route plans for branches within the assigned region. Supports branches through analysis of plan efficiency, resource availability, and territory plan optimization.  This role is specifically for all CA and HI branches in the Pacific Market.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or (GED) or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in the service industry.
  • 1-2 years of related experience as a dispatcher and/or customer service agent.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, maintenance instructions, procedural manuals and/or government regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple, repetitive tasks
  • Basic proficiency in (specific tools/software, e.g., MS Office, Google or industry-specific tools).
  • Ability to utilize software to forecast customer demand and route capacity
  • Ability to effectively interact with co-workers and the public
  • Proficient knowledge & skill in Google Sheets
  • Basic problem-solving skills for routine issues.
  • Works cooperatively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
  • Clearly understands and conveys basic information.
  • Learns and applies new processes and techniques as needed
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workday and stay on task.

Responsibilities

  • Creates route plans using work order data for Termite Renewal customers and annual Bait Checks.
  • Schedules annual inspections with our renewal base to generate renewal revenue.
  • Calls to confirm all appointments with Termite Renewal customers.
  • Maximizes REI Tech daily schedules with confirmed appointments.
  • Greater productivity for Renewal Revenue.
  • Prioritize Paid Not Inspected Renewal work orders to ensure renewal revenue is recognized and Paid Not Inspected is reduced.
  • Paid Not Inspected is worked daily.
  • Schedules annual bait scans.
  • Uses Bait Unserviced.
  • Schedules all Work Orders within the open 90 day window..
  • Summarizes and reviews plans daily with the TC Service Planning Supervisor.
  • Works with supported Regions and branch managers.
  • Responds to all open Renewal customer follow-up requests (CFRs) and provides proper resolution with customer and/or branch management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
