The Terminal Technician is responsible for executing various terminal provisioning tasks to support InComm Terminal Merchants in activating prepaid products and processing OTC purchases. This includes refurbishing terminals and accessories based on fulfillment orders. The position requires basic computer skills, the ability to learn multiple applications like warehouse management systems, and involves physical activity.

Responsibilities

Provision terminals to be shipped to merchant locations.
Perform software upgrade to terminals as needed.
In addition to terminal provisioning and order fulfillment, assist with receiving, testing, and refurbishment.
Support Special terminal-related projects as assigned.
Always observes contractual obligations and turnaround time.
Support all systems in accordance with department guidelines.
