About The Position

The Bilingual Bus Terminal Supervisor ( English/Spanish 100%) will supervise the Bus Terminal and all its employees, generate daily needed reports and documents, make deposits, and keep administrative offices and managers informed of daily situations and concerns. The Terminal Supervisor will also assist, train, and supervise cashiers and personnel in their functions and duties, this includes coordinating and scheduling cashiers as needed.

• Alertness, common sense, and able to work under pressure during peak periods
• Enjoy working with people and pleasant personality
• Presentable appearance
• Minimum travel and over-night stays
• Computer literate; basic skills used to enter data, generate reports and other office support work
• Experience in supervising, training, assisting and disciplining of personnel
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform all administrative and operations duties for the terminal
• When needed, sell and issue boarding tickets, check in passengers for their departure and allocate seats
• Hire, train and schedule personnel as needed
• Assist Bus Driver’s with information to complete their routes and provide information on arrival and departure times
• Coordinate and keep in touch with other Bus Terminals on sales of tickets, reservations and availability of seats
• Handle customer concerns, issues and complaints
• Help passengers requiring special assistance, such as disabled passengers, parents with infants and younger passengers traveling alone
• Supervise the daily clean up of the lobby and premises
• Receive the cashier’s daily sales at the end of their shift and prepare sales report
• Prepare daily consolidated sales reports
• Perform other administrative duties as instructed by General Manager
• Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
• Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solutions and solve problems
