We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Terminal Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead our business development efforts throughout the Savage Transload Network. Working as an individual contributor, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities by leveraging Savage’s logistics and supply chain capabilities across the Transload Network and collaborating with our in-house teams of subject matter experts. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented commercial leader—someone who is energized by outreach, skilled at initiating conversations, and comfortable engaging directly with prospective customers to uncover and secure new business. This position is a hybrid-remote-flex opportunity with high travel requirements and must be located in a city near a major airport hub such as Houston, Chicago or Atlanta.
