  • Loading bulk trucks safely and efficiently from designated silos as instructed by the Terminal Manager.
  • Ensuring each load meets customer specifications and legal limits.
  • Spotting railcars over the loading area and connecting them with unloading equipment.
  • Monitoring the unloading process and operating manual unloading gates, air valves, and blowers safely.
  • Cleaning all areas of the terminal and grounds, and obtaining daily/weekly samples.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Ability to work different extended hours, holidays, and/or overtime as required.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Good physical condition to perform tasks such as bending, lifting up to 100 lbs, and working in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to work at heights up to 150 feet.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and tractors.
