About The Position

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual with the ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced industrial environment. They are comfortable using computers and software programs to support operational efficiency and have a working knowledge of safety protocols, including OSHA requirements. Experience in product distribution and customer relations is preferred, along with a willingness to complete Track Mobile (rail car mover) training. A strong mechanical aptitude is essential, as this role involves maintaining, repairing, and replacing terminal equipment to ensure smooth cement distribution operations. This candidate thrives in a team-oriented setting, takes initiative, and prioritizes safety while delivering reliable service to customers. The Terminal Operator works in a cement distribution terminal loading and unloading cement from trucks and railcars to distribute to customers in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Individuals working in this position must maintain, repair, and replace all machinery and equipment used in the operation of the terminal. Requirements

  • Must be able to perform physical labor.
  • Must be able to use computers and software programs.
  • Must have Mechanical ability.
  • Complete Track Mobile (rail car mover) Training
  • Knowledge of Safety Training/OSHA Requirements

Nice To Haves
