WE Transport Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to provide leadership and guidance to dispatchers and other staff. The role involves overseeing the NYC OPT student database system, managing routing schematics, billing, fuel, and mileage. The successful candidate will implement policies and manage union contracts, conduct staff meetings to encourage communication, monitor expenses, solve customer complaints, and improve transportation services. Additionally, the position requires overseeing district and customer contract requirements, preparing documentation such as incident reports, reviewing and approving payroll, coordinating with the Shop Manager for vehicle maintenance, and communicating with parents and school district representatives regarding safety and compliance issues.
