About The Position
The Terminal Manager is responsible for all daily functions of the facility and sets the tone with positive leadership and a can-do attitude. Your management objective is absolute customer satisfaction while at the same time driving profitability and producing gross profit through efficiency and honesty and providing a pleasurable place to work for our fellow employees.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of related management experience in the moving & storage or similar transportation industry
- Ability to foster teamwork, multi-task and prioritize.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 7 years of related experience
- Ability to foster teamwork
- Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Competent with Microsoft Teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead contact and approver for Residential Sales and Commercial Sales
- Review financial statements as it pertains to the operation to include but not limited to: Gross profit, Pack ratios, Hourly labor spend, etc.
- Follow in real time open capacity, equipment status and quality scores.
- Run the administrative functions of the branch
- Service escalations
- Branch Expense Approval
