Direct and manage the workforce and facilities for the safe and efficient receipt, storage and transfer of liquid materials at Curtis Bay. Ownership of P&L, forecasting, budgeting, operation margin, and spend management for the facility. Actively participate in the process to develop terminal objectives. Ensure proper maintenance of liquid storage tanks, lines, valves and other equipment Monitor production, inventory, maintenance, purchasing, labor, sales, and EHS reporting. Advise senior management of progress toward objectives and develop strategies for necessary adjustments. Ensure terminal production objectives are achieved and consistent with EHS and quality standards/requirements. Oversee and guide the logisitics such as transportation and shipping Direct operational aspects of EHS, labor, human resources and labor support Oversee the handling of customer products Develop, implement and maintain terminal level processes, procedures and standards in compliance with KM safety and corporate policies. Develop, instruct, and discipline the terminal workforce in compliance with KM standards. Serve as facility representative related to commercial, expansion, and development efforts. Recognize and promote ideas that provide safer, more efficient and cost effective operation. Effectively interface with customer representatives, regulators, KM staff and others as required. Occasional visits to NER Regional Offices in New Jersey. Other functions as ssigned.
