The leader will engage in strategic planning for operations, financial analysis, and the leadership and development of direct and indirect employees, including drivers and non-drivers. Key aspects include promoting safety, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, establishing performance standards, monitoring KPIs, collaborating with various internal departments, and instilling a culture of superior service.
