About The Position

This is an open posting for future tenure track special education positions as well as short term and long term special education substitute teacher vacancies for the 2024-2025 school year. The role involves promoting the total development of each student within the school environment, adhering to the Danielson Teacher Evaluation Model across various domains including planning, classroom environment, instruction, and professional responsibilities.

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey teaching certificate (TOH, TSWD w/ K-6, or TSWD w/P-3).
• Demonstrate knowledge, interest, and aptitude for assigned responsibilities.
• Experience in the desired special education setting required.
• Alternatives and/or additions to the above qualifications as deemed appropriate by the Board.
