The Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia invites applications for an Open Rank Tenure-track faculty position in Strategy & Innovation. Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Strategic Management or related areas such as economics or entrepreneurship (candidates must have their Ph.D. completed no later than June 1, 2025).
  • Demonstrated ability to teach at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
  • Outstanding research and excellent recommendations.
  • For those applying at the associate level, an exemplary record of scholarly research, teaching, and service commensurate with the rank.

  • Ability to design and teach curricula that are responsive to a diverse student body.
  • Experience in engaging students in experiential learning activities and pedagogy that support student success.

Responsibilities

  • Excellence in classroom instruction in subjects related to strategy and innovation management at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
  • Active commitment to producing world-class scholarship and publishing in top-tier academic journals on an ongoing basis.
  • Dedication to participation and leadership in professional activities, such as presenting work-in-progress at important professional conferences, peer-review, and editorial positions in relevant journals.
  • Commitment to service and student-engagement at the Institute level and beyond.
