The Aerospace Engineering Department in the College of Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) – Daytona Beach invites applications for one, or possibly more, tenure-track and non-tenure positions at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Candidates must hold a terminal degree in engineering, with preference given to those candidates who hold a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering. Applicants in all areas of aerospace engineering will be considered. The Department seeks candidates who can expand its research expertise in aerospace engineering, as well as deliver student-centered teaching and provide mentoring to undergraduate and graduate students. The Department is particularly interested in candidates who would be able to collaborate with one or more ERAU research centers, which include the Boeing Center for Aviation and Aerospace Safety (BCAAS), the Center for Space and Atmospheric Research (CSAR), and the Center for Aerospace Resilient Systems (CARS).
