The Department of Biomedical and Health Informatics at Rutgers SHP is looking for a tenure-track faculty (multiple openings) with expertise in Biomedical and Health Informatics, Data Science, Health-related AI, Digital Health or related field. Special consideration will be given to candidates with Health AI expertise, applicable to aging, opioid addition, and neurodegenerative disorders. The tenure-track faculty member's primary responsibility is in conducting research (80-90% effort) to grow and sustain an extramurally and federally funded research program. A small allocation of effort is towards teaching and service (10-20% maximum). Teaching may include mentoring of graduate students and post-docs.
