About The Position
The Tennis Professional supports and works closely with the Director Tennis to oversee all aspects of the tennis & pickleball programs along with the GTS camps. Teaches lessons, promotes, and assists in the implementation of the tennis programs.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a tennis coach or
- Sound knowledge of various coaching
- CPR & First Aid Certifications are
- Must be able to motivate
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado
- Participate in all resort required meetings
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag.
- Instruct tennis at varying levels and ages in a progressive and educational
- Assist Director of Tennis with scheduling private and group lessons, charge and collect fees, execute the policies and regulations of the tennis related activities at the resort.
- Contribute in the creation of new concepts for various tennis events and orchestrates the communication promotion and execution of these events.
- Oversee court reservation program to ensure equitable and amenable allocation of court usage for members guests tournaments lessons and other events.
- Encourage Member participation in tennis
- Assist the Director of Tennis in additional program areas as
- Abide by all resort policies and safety
- Perform other duties as requested by
