About The Position

The Clubs at Arrowhead is seeking an energetic and professional Teaching Professional to support the continued growth of our tennis and pickleball programs. This part-time role is ideal for a coach who thrives in a collaborative, member-focused environment and enjoys junior development, private lessons, and group programming. As programs expand, there will be opportunities for professional growth and the potential to develop this role into full-time work based on performance, demand, and contribution to the racquets team. Two Arnold Palmer–designed courses anchor Arrowhead’s 36 holes, offering double the variety in Glendale, with The Legend and Heritage layouts challenging shot-making through strategic bunkering, water features, and desert landscape. Set along the King Course, the club is undergoing an exciting transformation centered around a premier sport and racquet complex that elevates the tennis and pickleball experience. Members enjoy 12 covered, lighted pickleball courts, newly resurfaced center tennis courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring modern strength and cardio equipment, expert-led classes, functional training spaces, and on-site childcare. The refreshed pool area includes resurfaced pools, renovated locker rooms, enhanced snack bar access, and new shaded gazebos—creating an active and connected environment that supports wellness at every level. With vibrant dining, live music, and a full social calendar, Arrowhead offers a lifestyle built around energy, community, and play.
