About The Position
Treyburn Country Club is seeking a Tennis Professional to join our team. This position is hands on, member facing, and responsible for program offerings, activities, events, lessons, clinics, etc. This is a part-time positions (25hrs) that could develop into a full time opportunity down the road. Professional will earn 90% commissions off of their private lessons and 80% commissions on clinics and camps. Treyburn Country Club is a McConnell Golf Property. Responsibilities
- Assisting with lessons, clinic and camp offerings
- Assisting with socials, events and tournaments
- Assisting with daily court maintenance as needed
- Having dedicated shop hours, booking courts, replying to emails and answering calls
- Racquet stringing
- Promoting the program
- Provides quality service to all members and guests
- Attends staff meetings as appropriate
- Attends company training/seminar events as appropriate
- Performs other tasks as appropriate
