Requirements
- Previous recreational retail and management experience required.
Responsibilities
- Excel in inventory management, merchandising, and achieving sales targets to boost club revenue.
- Create engaging social media content to promote products and events.
- Train and guide staff, fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage front desk staff scheduling to maintain optimal coverage and smooth daily operations.
- Oversee member satisfaction management, including handling feedback, resolving service issues, and delivering high-quality member experiences.
