OVERVIEW: The Tennis Concierge delivers outstanding customer service with a technical focus, creating a unique experience for tennis enthusiasts of all skill levels. This role leverages a passion for tennis, personal experiences, and in-depth knowledge of the game to offer tailored product recommendations that meet athletes' needs. Additionally, the Tennis Concierge supports the service department by performing complex racquet stringing and customizations. They are also fully trained in sales and register operations to assist athletes visiting the House of Sport.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of brand offerings and competitive products.
• Translates product technology to the athlete's needs and preferences.
• Participates in organizational initiatives to test and learn new products.
• Partners with store teammates to educate others on tennis products, apparel, and trends.
• Hosts tennis specific workshops educating athletes on leading products and trends.
• Trains and develops teammates through knowledge sharing.
• Supports Company standards of selling and customer service.
• Assists with complex high end racquet stringing and customization services.
• Preserves complete and accurate records for Tennis related services.
• Ensures equipment is to company standards and maintains a clean work environment.
• Diagnoses faults and gives accurate estimates to athletes.
• Assembles new equipment and performs quality checks before handing off to the athlete.
• Fully outfits athletes with appropriate footwear, apparel, and accessories.
• Participates in merchandise sets, replenishment, and recovery processes.
• Builds rapport within the community with tennis athletes.
• Acts as a liaison between the brand and local tennis communities.
• Hosts and supports tennis events and workshops.
