Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays and split shifts. 2. Arrive to work on time, consistently. 3. Upon entering the property, arrive in proper uniform, crisp, clean and in good repair. 4. Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval. 5. Attend all required training, safety courses; attend office and departmental meetings. 6. Report any safety hazards, follow up that hazard has been corrected, and assist with providing a safe work environment. 7. Greet members and guests by name whenever possible. 8. Open/Close the Racquet Club. 9. Inform members of ongoing problems? 10. Relay messages to other employees. 11. Take bookings on court sheets. 12. Arrange games for members and guests requesting matches. 13. Operate cash register. 14. Control cash register contents and fill out appropriate forms. 15. Post all charges to appropriate account. 16. Turn in accounts to Accounting at the end of the shift. 17. Perform and follow up on all duties assigned by the Tennis Director.

Requirements

Previous high quality customer service skills preferred.
Merchandising, computer skills, and general cashiering duties experience helpful.
Able to read, write and speak English.
Strong organizational skills.
Able to work independently.
Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
Excellent people skills.
Meets grooming standards.
Meets/exceeds customer expectations.
Computer experience helpful.
Meets or exceeds the team expectations.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests by name whenever possible.
Open/Close the Racquet Club.
Inform members of ongoing problems?
Relay messages to other employees.
Take bookings on court sheets.
Arrange games for members and guests requesting matches.
Operate cash register.
Control cash register contents and fill out appropriate forms.
Post all charges to appropriate account.
Turn in accounts to Accounting at the end of the shift.
Perform and follow up on all duties assigned by the Tennis Director.
Attend all required training, safety courses; attend office and departmental meetings.
