Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Relevant experience in the transportation industry.
  • Experience in customer-facing engagements and presentations.
  • Strong ability to facilitate cross-functional decision-making across regions, product(s), and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Preferably extensive technical and product knowledge, including experience in project solution design, pricing and value proposition design.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze in detail the request for proposal (RFP) and define the bid strategy, taking into account the commercial strategy defined together with the Global head of Growth and the center bid manager.
  • Set the RFQ response schedule and engage response stakeholders in a timely manner to ensure the bid is completed on time.
  • Gather market & target prices.
  • Attend Customer negotiation meetings as required.
  • Top of funnel coordinator for all MGF products.
  • Opportunity management for highly cross-functional, large MGF opportunities across products, ensuring the smooth kick-off, documentation, progression, timeline and submission of these high-value clients.
  • Review all incoming RFIs / RFPs and document specific requirements, pricing, or cost considerations, and validate comprehensiveness of included data, RFI portal.
  • Hand off comprehensive details to Solution Design as applicable.
  • Manage the end-to-end lead-to-agreement funnel process, including ASANA workflows, approval flows, and metrics.
  • Ensure input and accuracy to Product Team tools (Asana, tracker, etc).
  • Prepare Product Offering doc for client.
  • Ensure that all Customer questions have been answered, in line with the commercial strategy.
