About The Position

Requirements

• Final-year undergraduates / graduate students majoring in technology, management, economics, computer science, or its equivalents with a vision to pursue his/her product management career path in public cloud industry.
• Able to commit at least 6-month full-time
• Demonstrate creativity, strong logical thinking, and exceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about product management, with a keen interest in researching various products and a focus on enhancing user experience.
• Proficiency in common product tools such as Microsoft Office, prototyping, and flowchart design software.
• Strong command in both English and Chinese Mandarin in order to communicate with China-headquarters based stakeholders and perform translation on product materials.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant product management certifications would be advantageous.
• Previous experience in B2B product internships, particularly in PaaS or SaaS, is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design of CPaaS products, contributing to framework, function, and interaction design under the guidance of experienced product managers.
• Conduct research on market trends, industry developments, and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights for product decision-making.
• Assist in drafting product requirement documents and related documentation to communicate product vision and features effectively.
• Engage in product operations and promotional activities, supporting the team in driving product awareness and adoption.

Benefits

• This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
• Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, full-time interns are also eligible to enroll in the Company-sponsored medical plan.
