Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Valid Florida Driver's License required.

• Proven ability to work effectively as a team member.
• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and keep all parties informed.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Administrative and accounting experience supporting commercial properties preferred.
• Working knowledge of facility maintenance and operations.
• Experience in a customer service environment with frequent interaction with tenants and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between tenants, property management, maintenance, security, and vendors.
• Oversee vendors during site work to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness guidelines.
• Coordinate and lead custodial staff by assigning and checking their daily activities.
• Manage occupancy preparation and facilitate orderly move in/out processes for occupants.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with various stakeholders, focusing on team accomplishments.
