About The Position
The Tenant Services Coordinator at Hillside Senior Apartments is responsible for providing light-touch social services to all tenants, focusing on case management and support services for previously homeless seniors referred from NYC shelters. This role involves coordinating day-to-day on-site services, completing needs assessments, developing tenant-centered support plans, and providing ongoing case management and advocacy. The coordinator will also assist tenants in maintaining housing subsidies, identifying additional benefits, and facilitating tenant engagement through workshops and social activities.
